My instance was deleted because my balance ran low. Can I get it back?

The instance itself can't be restored, but your data volume is kept for 96 hours after deletion. Go to Storage → Block volumes → Deleted Storage, restore the volume, then create a new instance and, under Main OS volume, choose "Use existing" to select it. After 96 hours the data is permanently removed - so to avoid this, turn on Automatic top-up and the Warn about low balance alert (both under Billing → Billing notifications).
