How do I keep my instances from going offline (automatic top-up)?

Add a payment method and enable Automatic top-up under Billing → Top-up. Set the trigger threshold high enough to cover at least ~12 hours of your usage, so a slow transfer or a one-off card decline doesn't take you offline.
