To grow the Main OS volume, increase the size in the console, then do a full Shutdown → Start (not just a reboot) so the new size is picked up; for a data volume you can usually extend it live with growpart and resize2fs. You can't shrink a volume - instead create a new, smaller volume, copy your data across, and swap.
