I'm getting a "storage limit exceeded" error but I've barely used any storage. Why?

Deleted volumes sit in the trash for 96 hours and still count against your quota during that window. Free it up immediately in Storage → Block volumes → Deleted Storage by permanently deleting what you no longer need (this can't be undone). If you genuinely need more, request a quota increase under My Account → Quotas.
