My deployment shows "running" but the endpoint returns a 404

A few common causes: you're using the wrong auth (containers need an Inference API key, not a management key); a misconfigured health-check path or exposed port; or a container that crashes shortly after boot. Check your replica logs (available from your deployment's page in the console) for startup errors - a replica can briefly show "running" and then crash.
