How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please email us from your registered account email address (or reach us via chat in the console if that's easier). Including your current balance is optional but speeds things up: if you don't state it, we hold the request for 10 days before continuing, in case a refund needs reconciling first. Please note that account deletion is permanent - it will remove all of your data, remaining credits, and access to the platform, and this action cannot be undone. Any remaining balance on your account will be refunded to your original payment method, which can take up to 10 business days to process.
