What is Verda's data retention policy for prompts, outputs, metadata, and logs?

Edited

Prompts and outputs are not intentionally stored by Verda. However, for serverless containers and instances, raw container logs are retained indefinitely and are not automatically purged when a deployment is deleted.

Since your application controls what it writes to logs, you have direct control over whether any prompt or output content enters the log stream.

Note: We do not currently offer guaranteed zero-retention for container logs. If you have specific log isolation or data handling requirements, please contact us to discuss a workable arrangement.
