Step 1: Restore your volumes Go to Storage > Block Volumes and look for the "Deleted storage" section. You can restore your volumes from there.

Step 2: Deploy with the restored OS volume When deploying your new instance, look for the "Use existing OS" option under the Operating System section. Click it, and you'll see a list of existing volumes that are suitable for use as the OS volume for your new instance.
